Offering pre-recorded online classes, in-person classes (on the Coffs Coast) and privates. My classes are fun, a little spicy at times and perfect for building strength and confidence.

ABOUT ME

I fell in love with Yoga and Pilates in my early 20s and the change I experienced both mentally and physically during the practice inspired me to become a teacher.  What started off as a fitness journey became something entirely different and I can't wait to share these special practices with you <3.

FAQs

How does the online membership work?

After selecting one of the 'Online Only" memberships and creating a log in, you will be able to access over 50 pre-recorded videos of Yoga, Pilates, Barre and Rest & Recovery classes. Classes vary in duration and level, so that you can choose the perfect class for you in the comfort of your own home

Do I need equipment?

For the most part, the only equipment you will need is a mat. Some of the videos will suggest the use of equipment including a booty band, pilates ball, hand weights and a chair. These are optional and there are alternatives you can use lying around the house (e.g. a cushion).

I bought a Class Pack, now what?

The Class Packs can be used for booking into the Wiigulga Sports Complex Classes. You will also have free access to the Online Exercise Library for as long as the Class Packs are valid for (either 3 or 6 months)

How do I access the Free Online Classes?

I have selected a few favourite classes which are avaliable for free in the Online Exercise Library to provide a taste of what the online classes are all about. To access these classes, simply create a login using your e-mail and password and follow the link to the Online Exercise Library. Free classes are displayed at the top of the page.
