This Easter, give yourself the gift of presence—not pressure.

Easter should be filled with joy—chocolate eggs, shared meals, and quality time with the people we love. But for many of us, it can also come with a side of guilt. Maybe it’s about the extra slice of cake, missing your regular workout, or just stepping out of routine.

Those who know me, know I'm the biggest sweet tooth. Which is why every Easter I buy myself a Humpty Dumpty egg - I'm not sure if it's the fun of smashing it open or the nostalgia it brings, but it's my favourite. This Easter, I almost didn't - I'm on a bit of a health journey right now as I felt my body wasn't very happy with me - constantly being bloated and just not feeling my best. But I realised that the journey I'm on is all about consistent efforts, meaning I'm not going to eat a Humpty Dumpty egg every single day, but on this wonderful chocolate holiday of the year, one egg isn't going to make a difference in the grand scheme of things

If that sounds familiar, I want to remind you of something: you are allowed to simply enjoy the day.

Movement, nourishment, and self-care are beautiful parts of life—but they don’t have to come with rules or restrictions. One day of celebrating with family and friends doesn’t undo all the wonderful things you’ve done for your body and mind.

So this Easter, I invite you to:

🌸 Eat the chocolate (guilt-free).

🌸 Be present with your loved ones.

🌸 Laugh, rest, and fill your cup in ways that feel good.

And when you’re ready to move again—whether it’s the next day or the next week—I’ll be right here with classes to help you reconnect, reset, and feel amazing.

Wishing you a joyful, love-filled Easter. 💛
