Ready to start your Barre, Pilates and Yoga journey? My classes are designed to help you fall in love with movement again! Offering pre-recorded and live online classes - my classes are fun, a little spicy at times and perfect for building strength and confidence.

Barre focuses on working larger muscle groups using a sturdy chair for support promoting strength and flexibility. A combination of Pilates and Ballet, what's not to love? Do not fear, prior dancing experience is not necessary! Just enjoy the fun burn ;)

Yogalates

Experience the ultimate combination of yoga and Pilates with my Yogalates classes at Wiigulga Sports Center. This unique fusion workout focuses on improving strength, flexibility, and functional movement, all while providing some relaxation and mindfulness techniques that you can take off the mat. Suitable for all levels, my Yogalates classes will leave you feeling refreshed and balanced. Join me for a transformative experience today!

From the creator Joseph Pilates, the Pilates style fitness has come a long way. These classes are designed for a fun burn, developing core strength and overall balance. Great for whole body workout to promote confidence, health and wellbeing.

Rest & Recovery

The name says it all! Combination of yin yoga, roll & release, slow stretch and breathing meditations. Give yourself a little bit of love in these R&R sessions
